Newport VFW Post 406 will observe National POW/MIA Recognition Day with a joint ceremony with the Newport Elks Veterans Committee on Sunday, Sep 20 at noon at the Newport Elks. All Post 406 members, family, friends, Elks and guest are welcome to attend. Those taking part in the ceremony should arrive early at 1115.
