CAPT Mark Turner, US Navy Retired on the right and SFC William Farrell, US Army Retired presented Cadet Melvin Garcia Munoz with a Veterans of Foreign Wars certificate and medal for outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership ability. Presentation was made at a very fitting location, Newport’s Fort Adams.
